§ 111.24  EMERGENCY USE OF FACILITIES.
   (A)   The franchisee shall, in the case of any emergency or disaster, make its entire system available without charge to the town or to any other governmental or civil defense agency that the town shall designate.
   (B)   The system shall be engineered to provide an audio alert system to allow authorized officials to automatically override the audio signal on all channels and transmit and report emergency information.
   (C)   In the event of any such use by the town, the town will hold harmless and indemnify the franchisee from any damages or penalties resulting from the use of this service.
