§ 111.20 OPERATIONAL STANDARDS.

The technical standards for operation of the system shall, in addition to meeting the requirements specified in this chapter, conform to all further requirements specified in the franchise agreement which is to be in conformance with the request for proposal and any other standards or codes therefor as may be adopted by the town.
