That all the inhabitants of the Town of Sharpsburg in the counties of Nash, Edgecombe and Wilson, North Carolina, as the boundaries and limits of said town are herein established or may be hereafter established, shall continue to be body politic, incorporated under and to be known by the name and style of the “Town of Sharpsburg” with such powers, rights, and duties as are herein provided.
