Privilege license taxes shall be levied upon the various businesses, occupations, trades and professions carried on within the town in amounts as are set out on the schedules of the taxes, passed by the Board of Commissioners from time to time. The schedules shall be on file in the office of the Town Clerk and shall have the same force and effect as if set out in their entirety in this code.
