§ 98.10  SKATEBOARDS AND SKATEBOARD HALF PIPES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall use a skateboard on the streets or sidewalks of the town or any property of the town.
   (B)   No person, firm or corporation shall erect or cause to be erected or maintained on town streets, sidewalks or property any skateboard half pipe or other equipment used in connection with skateboards.
