(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to remain in or enter any area designated a park by the Board of Commissioners between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. However, during the period commencing on the last Sunday of April of each year and ending on the last Sunday of October of each year, it shall be unlawful for any person to remain in or enter these areas between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(B) Division (A) of this section shall not apply to any person or group of persons using any park on an overnight basis after having obtained a permit for this use from the Chief of Police so long as the use is consistent with the permit.
