§ 94.02  AMPLIFIED SOUND PROHIBITED.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      AMPLIFIED MUSIC OR SOUND.  Any music or sound which is clearly audible at a distance of more than 50 feet from the device or speaker producing the music or sound.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, partnership, association or other organization to operate or cause to be operated in the town any amplifier, radio device or any other mechanical musical or sound-producing device or instrument which amplifies music or sound, other than church chimes or chimes originating from a church, unless a permit is granted by the Town Board.
