§ 93.04  NATURE OF GARBAGE TO BE COLLECTED.
   (A)   (1)   Tree limbs, cuttings, shrubbery and similar items of more than one load will be hauled at such time as trucks are available.
      (2)   Lengths that can be handled by two collectors, no larger than six inches in diameter or eight feet in length, shall be placed on the front corner of the owner’s or tenant’s property nearest the street right-of-way.
      (3)   Lawn trimmings shall be placed in boxes or cans for pick-up.
   (B)   Scrap building materials or ashes will not be removed by the town from any premises, except on special request and at the property owner’s expense, paid in advance.
   (C)   All liquid substances shall be placed in watertight containers.

   (D)   (1)   All construction, demolition, land clearing and landscaping solid waste shall be collected, removed and disposed of by the contractor or builder or, in the event of their failure, by the occupant and/or owner of the property.
      (2)   Construction, demolition, land clearing and landscaping solid waste means discarded or unused construction material, lumber, masonry, fixture, stumps, trees, brush, dirt and other waste material resulting from construction, reconstruction, repair and demolition of buildings, structures or other improvements or from land clearing and landscaping activities on improved or unimproved property including trees exceeding six inches in diameter at ground level.
