§ 93.03  RECEPTACLES TO BE PROVIDED; REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All householders and proprietors of business houses shall provide receptacles for all garbage and refuse for removal by the Sanitation Department.
   (B)   (1)   Garbage shall be stored in a container of one of two types approved by the Board of Commissioners.
      (2)   Unless otherwise approved by the Board in writing, every container shall be constructed of metal or equally durable material, in such a manner as to be strong, watertight, not easily corrodible, fly-proof and rodent-proof; shall have a capacity of not more than 30 gallons for residences and 50 gallons for businesses; mounted in racks so as not to be less than 12 inches off the ground, in order that rodents or dogs cannot get into or overturn; shall have handles designed for lifting; and shall be no more than 24 inches in diameter.
      (3)   If one receptacle is not sufficient to hold the quantity of garbage or refuse accumulated between collections, a sufficient number of similar receptacles shall be provided.
