§ 92.23 POSSESSION OR STORAGE OF EXPLOSIVES PROHIBITED.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to possess or store any dynamite, TNT powder or other explosive, including explosive caps, within the corporate limits of the town.

(B) Each day dynamite or explosive caps are allowed to remain in the possession of any person, firm or corporation or stored in the town shall constitute a separate offense.
