§ 91.41 FAILURE TO SURRENDER ANIMAL FOR CONFINEMENT OR DESTRUCTION.

It shall be unlawful for any person to fail or refuse to surrender any animal for confinement or destruction as required in this subchapter, when demand is made therefor by the Nash County Health Director.
