§ 91.11 DOGS CREATING NOISY DISTURBANCE.

This section shall be applicable to those areas within the town not otherwise regulated under the provisions of §§ 91.25 through 91.53 or 91.65. It shall be unlawful for any person to own or keep a dog or dogs that habitually or repeatedly bark in a manner or to an extent that it disturbs the peace and is a public nuisance.
