§ 91.10  RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   This section shall be applicable to those areas within the town not otherwise regulated under the provisions of §§ 91.25 through 91.53 or 91.65.
   (B)   For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      RUNNING AT LARGE.  The presence of any dog on any property, whether public or private, not owned by, rented by or in charge of that dog’s owner or keeper, unless the dog is held by a leash by the dog’s owner or keeper, adequate to hold the dog in control or unless the dog is confined in a conveyance of the dog’s owner or keeper.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow or permit any dog owned or kept by that person to run at large within the town.
