§ 91.01  LIVESTOCK, FOWL AND ANIMAL PENS PROHIBITED IN TOWN.
   (A)   This section shall be applicable to those areas within the town not otherwise regulated under the provisions of §§ 91.25 through 91.53 or 91.65.
   (B)   No person shall be permitted to keep or maintain any hog pen or other type of enclosure or keep any hogs, cows, horses, sheep, goats, mules, ponies, or similar type animals within the corporate limits of the town.
