§ 72.17  LOADING AND SERVICING OF VEHICLES.
   No vehicle shall be loaded or serviced on any portion of the street, roadway or sidewalk right-of-way.  If servicing is to be performed from both sides of a pump island, then pump islands shall be placed a minimum of 12 feet away from the right-of-way line.
