§ 72.15  PARKING OF CERTAIN TRUCKS RESTRICTED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park any truck, trailer or truck and trailer combination having a length in excess of 25 feet on any town street or within the right-of-way of any town street. Provided, however, this section shall not apply to trucks, trailers or truck and trailer units parked on a town street or within the right-of-way of a town street for the purpose of delivering transported items or commodities to an address within the corporate limits of the town or for the purpose of picking up items or articles for transportation from an address within the corporate limits of the town.
   (B)   (1)   It is further provided that no truck, trailer or truck and trailer unit having a length in excess of 25 feet shall be parked on any residentially zoned property or other property located within 300 feet of residentially zoned property for longer than two hours.
      (2)   Provided, however, that the following described trailers and/or other means of conveyance and transporting used for the personal pleasure use of the owner shall be exempt from the provisions of this division (B) regardless of their length: trailers for transporting and/or storing any type or description of boat for the recreational use of the owner; any trailer used for the transportation and/or storage of any personal water craft such as jet skies, wave riders, and the like, or used for the transportation and/or storage of any recreational means of land travel, including three wheelers, four wheelers and other similar type pleasure vehicles; any camper trailer or travel trailer used for the personal recreational purposes of the owner; any motorized home or motorized travel home for the personal use of the owner; and any other type of trailer or other means of conveyance, whether motorized or not, designed for and used for the personal recreational purposes of the owner or for transporting or storing any type of conveyance of any vehicle, watercraft or other means of travel or transportation used by the owner for recreational purposes.
   (C)   The owner or possessor of any trailers for transporting and/or storing any type or description of boat for the recreational use of the owner; any trailer used for the transportation and/or storage of any personal water craft such as jet skies, wave riders, and the like, or used for the transportation and/or storage of any recreational means of land travel, including three wheelers, four wheelers and other similar type pleasure and recreational vehicles; any camper trailer or travel trailer used for the personal recreational purposes of the owner; any motorized home or motorized travel home for the personal use of the owner; and any other type of trailer or other means of conveyance, whether motorized or not, designed for and used for the personal recreational purposes of the owner or for transporting or storing any type of conveyance of any vehicle, watercraft or other means of travel or transportation used by the owner for recreational purposes may park and/or store any of the hereinbefore described means of conveyance, regardless of length, on residentially zoned property or residentially used property owned by or occupied by him or her. No such vehicle, however, shall be parked or stored on a town street or within the right-of-way of a town street.
