No vehicle shall stop with its left side to the curb in the business district, except that on one-way streets vehicles shall stop headed in the direction of traffic. The business district shall be defined as the territory contiguous to East Main Street, U.S. Highway 301, and the north side of Mill Branch Road from U.S. Highway 301 to Taylor Drive and Lucas Street.
