§ 71.41  REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Chief of Police may revoke any permit granted for a parade or demonstration for the following causes:
   (A)   The substantial violation of this subchapter or the terms and conditions of a permit; or
   (B)   Violation of other laws by those participating in the parade or demonstration.
