§ 54.02 PRESUMPTION OF VIOLATION.

The natural presence of mosquito larvae in standing or running water shall be evidence that mosquitoes are there and failure to prevent breeding within three days after notice by the Town Superintendent or his or her duly appointed representative shall be deemed a violation of this chapter.
