For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
COLLECTION OF WATER. Those contained in ditches, pools, ponds (natural or artificial), excavations, holes, depressions, open cesspools, privy vaults, foundations, cisterns, tanks, shallow sells, barrels, troughs (except horse troughs in frequent use), urns, cans, boxes, bottles, tubs, buckets, defective house roof gutters, tanks of flush closets or other similar containers.
