§ 53.57  TOWN’S RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE.
   (A)   The town reserves the right to refuse service unless the consumer’s line or piping is installed in accord with this chapter or other rules and regulations of the town.
   (B)   The town may, in addition to prosecution by law, permanently refuse service to any consumer who tampers with a meter or other measuring device.
