§ 53.56  CONSUMER REQUEST FOR DISCONTINUANCE; REFUND OF DEPOSIT.
   (A)   Any consumer who wishes service to be discontinued must give notice at the Town Hall and pay all water bills to date, at which time his or her deposit will be refunded.
   (B)   When services are discontinued and all bills paid, the deposit will be refunded.
