The town reserves the right to discontinue its services without notice for the following reasons:
(A) To prevent fraud or abuse;
(B) Consumer’s willful disregard of the town’s rules or ordinances pertaining to water service;
(C) Emergency repair;
(D) Legal processes;
(E) Direction of public authorities; or
(F) Strike, riot, fire, flood, accident or any unavoidable cause.
