§ 53.51 SUPERVISING OFFICER.

(A) The Board of Commissioners may select the Town Superintendent or some other competent person to supervise under their general control the entire water system of the town.

(B) The Board of Commissioners may from time to time prescribe the duties and responsibilities of this supervising officer.
