(A) Before any new connection is made to any water line of the town, and before any water line is extended, the property owner shall pay to the town the fees established by the Board of Commissioners from time to time. The fees and charges for extending the town’s water system of service beyond the corporate limits of the town shall be charged and paid in accordance with the provisions of § 53.26(G) and divisions (1) through (3) thereof.
(B) (1) Fees for water service taps.

(C) A schedule of the fees and charges in divisions (A) and (B) of this section, as adopted by the Board of Commissioners from time to time, shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk and made available to all individuals or entities requesting water taps, the installation of water meters or the extension of water service lines beyond the municipal corporate limits.
