No request for water main extensions or service shall be granted with respect to any subdivision or any structure including, but not limited to dwellings, commercial buildings or mobile homes proposed to be served by the town’s distribution system until the subdivision or structure has been reviewed and approved in accordance with the subdivision regulations and building codes of the town.
