§ 51.118  REFUSAL OF SERVICE.
   The town may, in addition to prosecution by law, permanently refuse service to any consumer who tampers with a meter or other measuring device.  The town reserves the right to refuse service unless the consumer’s line or piping is installed in a manner as to prevent cross connections or backflow or unless the consumer’s lines or piping are installed in accord with this chapter or other rules and regulations of the town or unless the consumer’s lines are disconnected from any septic tank or other means of private sewage disposal.
