§ 51.116 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE BY TOWN.

   The town reserves the right to discontinue its service without notice for the following reasons:

   (A)   To prevent fraud or abuse;

   (B)   Consumer’s willful disregard of the town’s rules or ordinances pertaining to sewer service;

   (C)   Emergency repair;

   (D)   Legal processes;

   (E)   Direction of public authorities;

   (F)   Strike, riot, fire, flood, accident or any unavoidable cause; and/or

   (G)   Non-payment of a bill.
