§ 51.081 DISCHARGE STANDARDS FOR PERMIT ISSUANCE.

   Permits shall be issued for discharge of industrial wastes meeting the following standards:

   (A)   A BOD no greater than 300 milligrams per liter, except that the five-day BOD as actually measured shall not represent less than 70% of the first stage (carbonaceous) BOD;

   (B)   A COD no greater than 600 milligrams per liter;

   (C)   Suspended solids no more than 250 milligrams per liter; and

   (D)   Otherwise complying with the provisions of this chapter and the discharge permit.
