§ 51.063  DETERMINATION OF CHARACTER AND CONCENTRATION OF WASTES.
   (A)   (1)   The industrial waste of each permittee shall be subject to periodic inspection as provided in the permit.
      (2)   A determination of the character and concentration of the wastes shall be made quarterly or more often as may be deemed necessary by the town.  These inspections and tests shall also be made immediately after any process change which may affect the quantity or quality of the wastes discharged.
   (B)   Samples shall be collected in a manner as to be representative of the actual quality of the waste.  Laboratory methods used in the examination of this waste shall be those set forth in Standard Methods, a copy of which is on file with the Town Manager for inspection by any interested parties.
