§ 51.031  EXTENSIONS OUTSIDE TOWN LIMITS; AGREEMENT REQUIRED.
   (A)   The town shall not construct extensions of its sewer lines outside the town limits without the approval of the Board of Commissioners and unless the party or parties requesting the extension pays the entire cost of installation of the extended collection system, including all connection fees, line extension costs, engineering fees, attorneys’ fees, privilege fees and other charges required by the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   All extensions shall be evidenced by a written agreement between the town and the party or parties requesting the extension, which agreement shall be approved by the Board of Commissioners prior to any sewer line extension.

   (C)   (1)   Single-family dwellings must have a separate tap, minimum of a four-inch tap per lot.
      (2)   Sewer taps for mobile home parks may allow two mobile homes per tap when installed by developer not smaller than four-inches.
      (3)   (a)   One four-inch sewer tap may be allowed to serve a duplex apartment.
         (b)   Two or more four-inch sewer taps to serve a triplex apartment building.
   (D)   Subdivision and mobile home park sewer taps may be wavered to developer when installing such.
