1604.05 FIRES IN PUBLIC WAYS AND PLACES; ENDANGERING PROPERTY.

No person shall make or assist in making any bonfire or other fire in any of the public streets, lanes, alleys or other public places in the City or in any place within the City whereby any building or other property is endangered.
