1604.04 USE OF INCINERATORS, SALAMANDERS, ETC., IN RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOODS.

No person shall use an incinerator, salamander, wire basket and/or masonry enclosure in a residential neighborhood to burn any material in such a way as to create smoke and odors which interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of another residence.
