1476.05 EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROLS.

(a) An erosion/sedimentation plan shall be provided in accordance with the Pennsylvania Erosion/Sedimentation Regulations (25 PA Code, Chapter 102) and the standards and guidelines of the County Conservation District.

(b) Proposed erosion/sedimentation measures shall be submitted with the stormwater management plan as part of the preliminary and final applications.
