Prior to the issuance of a permit required by this chapter by the Code Enforcement Officer, the applicant shall file with the City a policy or policies of insurance, in a form satisfactory to the City Solicitor, providing for public liability insurance in the minimum amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for personal injury, and for insurance against property damage in a minimum amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
