1462.19 PROCEEDINGS FOR VIOLATIONS.

The Historic Preservation Commission is hereby authorized to institute summary proceedings, in accordance with applicable rules of court, for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter. The action shall be brought in the name of the City.
