1462.17 INVESTIGATIONS AND REPORTS.
   The Historic Preservation Commission may make such investigations and studies of matters relating to the protection, enhancement, perpetuation or use of landmarks in Historic Districts, and to the restoration of landmarks, as the Commission may, from time to time, deem necessary or appropriate for the effectuation of the purposes of this chapter, and may submit reports and recommendations as to such matters to Council or to other agencies of the City. In making such investigations and studies, the Commission may hold such public hearings as it deems necessary or appropriate.
