All of the provisions of Chapter 1420 are hereby adopted with this chapter. The administration and enforcement of this chapter and of the BOCA Basic Mechanical Code herein adopted shall be carried out by the Office of Code Enforcement of the Municipality, in accordance with the procedures established in Chapter 1420 and in the BOCA Basic Mechanical Code herein adopted. Chapter 1420 provides for certain powers and duties of a Code Enforcement Officer and for procedures relative to applications, fees, permits, inspections, appeals and penalties.
