1442.04 AMENDMENTS.

   The following sections of the BOCA Basic Plumbing Code, as adopted in Section 1442.02, are hereby revised as follows:

   BOCA P-308. 2 shall read:

      "within 300 feet, " where it now reads "within (number) feet. "

   BOCA P-313. 3 shall read:

      "...but not less than four feet below grade for water piping and three feet below grade for sewers, " where it now reads "...but not less than (number) feet (number) inches below grade for water piping and (number) feet (number) inches below grade for sewers."

   BOCA SECTIONS P111.0 PERMITS FOR PLUMBING WORK, and P117.0 VIOLATIONS:

      Delete in their entirety.
