1422.06 PROSECUTIONS FOR VIOLATIONS OF CHAPTER.

All prosecutions for violations of this chapter shall be by summary proceedings brought in the name and for the use of the City before the District Justice. All fines and penalties shall be paid to the Treasurer of the Municipality to apply to the General Fund.
