1422.04 SIGNS AND ADVERTISING; CHANGES IN PLACE OF BUSINESS.
   (a)   Signs (other than advertisement) displayed on a building not occupied as a bona fide place of business of any registered master craftsmen, firm or corporation shall not be construed to permit or allow such registered master craftsman, firm or corporation to establish the same privileges or benefits as registered master craftsmen, firms or corporations within the boundaries of the City.
   (b)   No person other than a registered master craftsman or contractor, as herein provided, shall be allowed to carry on or engage in the business; nor shall any person display the sign of "Master Craftsman" or "Master Contractor, " or any advertisement or display pertaining thereto (wholesale showrooms excepted), unless he first secures a license or certificate and is registered in the office of the Director of Code Programs; nor shall any person, other than a registered master craftsman or a registered journeyman in his employ (registered apprentice excepted) or contractor, be allowed to engage in any work normally performed by a registered master craftsman or contractor.
   (c)   Every registered master craftsman or contractor, firm or corporation shall give immediate notice of any change in his, their or its place of business; and upon his, their or its retirement from business shall surrender his, their or its certificate of registry to the Code Office. Every person, in registering, shall give his full name. In the case of a firm or corporation, the full names of the officers thereof shall be given.
