1220.11 CHECKING ACCOUNT; ANNUAL REPORT.
   (a)   The City Planning Commission is hereby authorized to establish its own checking account with funds budgeted for the year.
   (b)   The City Planning Commission shall present a financial report to Council in December of each year and shall return all unexpended funds to the City at the end of each calendar year.
   (c)   The Chairman and Secretary-Treasurer shall be the authorized officers to sign all checks drawn on this account.
