1072.08 CONTRACTORS' COMPLIANCE WITH MINIMUM WAGE AND CIVIL RIGHTS ACTS.

All contractors, subcontractors and materialmen employed to do construction work must comply with the provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act, a minimum wage law, and the requirements of the Contract Work Hours Standard Act, the Copeland Act and the Civil Rights Act of 1964, all as amended.
