(a)   Equipment of the playgrounds shall be surrendered after reasonable usage, to any other person desiring to use the same.
   (b)   Mushball, football, horseshoes or other games shall not be played except in places provided therefor.
   (c)   Playground equipment shall be used carefully and in the manner for which it was constructed.

   (d)   Effective June 1, 1994, no playground equipment presently existent in any of the playgrounds owned and/or operated by the City or its Recreation Board shall be used by any child over the age of fourteen years.

   (e)   No person shall trespass, occupy or use any portion of the playgrounds of the City and/or the School District of the City, or any of the facilities thereof, other than upon official business,between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. daily during the months of April, May, June, July, August and September of each year, and between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 a. m. daily during the months of January, February, March, October, November and December of each year.
