1068.04 EMPLOYEES.

(a) The Superintendent of Parks shall have supervision over all employees concerned with the maintenance of all parks and playgrounds and they shall perform their duties under his supervision.

(b) The Director of Recreation shall have supervision over all employees concerned with the operation of the playground program.
