1020.99 PENALTY.

Any person, partnership or corporation found to be in violation of any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than one thousand dollars ($1000.00) and costs of prosecution. Each day that a violation is continued shall constitute a separate offense.
