As used in this chapter:
(a) "Deteriorating area" means that portion of the City bounded and described in Exhibit "A" attached to original Ordinance 2-80, passed February 27, 1980.
(b) "Dwelling unit" means a house, a double house or duplex, a townhouse or row-house, an apartment or any building intended for occupancy as living quarters by an individual, a family or families or other groups of persons, which living quarters contain a kitchen or cooking equipment for the exclusive use of the occupant or occupants.
(c) "Residential construction" means the building or erection of dwelling units, as defined in subsection (b) hereof, upon vacant land or lands specifically prepared to receive such structures.
