840.03 CREATION OF TAX BUREAU.

There shall be established in the City a Tax Bureau to be known and designated as the Sharon Income Tax Bureau, in accordance with the authority granted by and subject to the provisions of Act 511 of the General Assembly approved December 31, 1965, and known as The Local Tax Enabling Act.
