832.01 CONSENT OF MAYOR REQUIRED; INSURANCE.

No person shall hold a street show, carnival or circus in the City without first obtaining the written consent of the Mayor therefor. The Mayor shall not give his consent unless and until satisfactory proof of insurance coverage is given to the Mayor by the applicant.
