The Code Enforcement Officer shall:
(a) Maintain a file at the City Building containing the names of landlords owning dwelling(s) or dwelling unit(s)that are non-owner occupied or available for non-owner occupancy in the City. Said list shall contain names of current tenants of every dwelling or dwelling unit;
(b) Maintain a supply of forms for landlords to use in making reports as required by this Chapter;
(c) Notify the Chief of Police and/or any Fire Chief of the City of the address of any dwelling or dwelling unit that is vacant, unoccupied or not in use.
